How it works

If you’d like to use Everything DiSC® for personal or team development, we’ll have an initial, no-obligation conversation to explore what you’d like to achieve.  We’ll discuss which profiling option (e.g. Workplace, Management) and facilitation approach (e.g. 1:1s, workshops) will best meet your needs.

  • I’ll send you a link for you and/or your team to complete an online assessment for the profiling option you have chosen.

    You’ll be asked to respond to a range of behavioural statements on a five-point scale, and will also answer specific questions based on the assessment you’ve chosen. For example, if you were taking the Management assessment, you would answer questions to help you determine your management priorities and tendencies using the DiSC model.

  • You’ll receive a personalized, 20-page profile report, which you can access online and as a pdf. The report will help you explore the priorities that drive your behaviour, learn what comes naturally and what might be challenging when interacting with others, and develop actionable strategies to strengthen your interactions and relationships at work.

    Each report is specific to the assessment you’ve completed. For example, if you’ve completed the Productive Conflict assessment, your report will also include strategies for managing your responses to conflict, based on your DiSC style.

  • Everything DiSC really comes to life through conversation. For individuals, that might be through 1:1 coaching to deepen your understanding of your profile and apply your insights to help you build more productive and effective relationships at work. For teams it could be a one-off awayday or a series of modular workshops to address the team’s particular needs, whether that be changing team culture, developing management skills or improving communication.

    Whatever your situation, I will work with you to provide a bespoke solution that meets the specific needs of you, your people and your organisation.

  • As part of our work together, you’ll have access to a range of resources to make lasting behavior change possible by embedding Everything DiSC in your workplace.

    Participants will be able to access the mobile-friendly Catalyst platform anytime, to go deeper into their DiSC style, get real-world tips for connecting with colleagues, and gain insight into their team’s or department’s DiSC culture.
