Organisation development is about creating the infrastructure, culture and ways of working that are needed for people and organisations to be creative, confident and brilliant at what they do. We offer a wide range of organisation development services including:

● Creating people strategies that are aligned with clients’ strategic aims, so that policies, practices and structures all work together to enable and encourage people to contribute their best.

● Supporting organisations to create inclusive and engaging cultures.

● Advising on areas of HR management such as team structure design, policies, talent development and succession planning, performance management, recruitment, reward and recognition.

● Supporting organisations to improve internal communications.

● Undertaking stakeholder consultation, engagement surveys, project and programme evaluation to demonstrate impact and identify ways to improve outcomes.

Leadership and professional development

The need for leadership and professional development has never been more urgent. As organisations of all shapes and sizes seek to do more with less, employees across the board increasingly need the mindset, skills and capabilities to lead from within their role.

We work with a range of trainers and facilitators to create bespoke leadership and professional development opportunities for all employees. We deliver facilitated team away days, skills/subject based workshops and leadership/management programmes, as well as 1 : 1 support. Our focus is on helping people to apply new skills and ways of working in their roles, using tools such as 360° feedback, peer learning and live project work to ensure learning is relevant, personal and easy to put into action.

Coaching and mentoring

It’s difficult to over-estimate the power that a 1:1 coaching or mentoring conversation can have in supporting individuals to increase their impact or deal with challenging situations.  We work with individual clients across areas such as career coaching, developing leadership skills and confidence, and issue resolution; providing a supportive and confidential setting to reflect, discuss challenges, and find new perspectives and solutions.

We also offer leadership coaching for executive teams, as well as support to develop internal coaching cultures to increase employee engagement and strengthen talent management.
